The Challenge
The client needed a complete overhaul of their website, which was originally built by the founder on a web builder platform. The existing website was not generating leads, lacked precise measurement of web traffic, and had minimal visits. As the company primarily offered consulting and training programs, they needed to establish a strong online presence and improve their ability to attract and convert leads.
The solution
Our team started by conducting research on relevant keywords and analysing the competition. We developed a comprehensive proposal that included wireframes and prototypes tailored to the client's needs. After a few design revisions and client approval, we built a new website from scratch, incorporating a blog and an e-commerce page to support their training programs.
To enhance online visibility, we implemented full search engine optimisation (SEO) practices. This included optimising meta tags, URLs, headers, and other on-page elements to ensure the website met all search engine requirements. Additionally, we integrated the website with a Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system (HubSpot) to enable the client to effectively monitor and capture leads.
